What we practise

Five disciplines.

Influence is engineering work. We practise it across five disciplines, each with its own instruments and its own deliverables; most mandates draw on several at once.

01

Political and strategic analysis

Before any strategy, the terrain. We map the actors who matter, the interests they pursue and the distance between their formal authority and their real influence; we model the two or three trajectories a situation can plausibly follow, each with its trigger conditions and its probability.Deliverable: a situation assessment a head of state reads in twenty minutes and can act on the same day.

02

Narrative warfare and cognitive defence

The signature discipline of the house. A hostile narrative is a weapons system: it has an origin, a payload, a relay chain and a velocity, all of them measurable. We detect campaigns before they reach the mainstream press, tell authentic criticism from coordinated attack, and design the counter-offensive together with the messengers able to make it credible. Every mandate is tracked on two instruments of our own construction: the Narrative Dominance Index, which scores the client’s position from minus one hundred to plus one hundred, and the Threat Pressure Score, which ranks each adversary and, above all, measures its movement.Deliverable: a quantified narrative order of battle, updated weekly.

03

Campaign strategy

A campaign is a sequence, and sequences are won at the design stage. We write the theory of the case, phase the effort, fix the indicators before the first euro is committed, and build the information operation into the plan rather than bolting it on after the first attack.Deliverable: a phased operating plan, with quantified objectives, attack lines, defence lines and the red lines never to be crossed.

04

Communications and media

Words spoken under pressure are load-bearing. We write the language that withstands hostile questioning, quotation out of context and repetition by a dozen spokespeople; the answer is ready months before the question. In crisis we hold to one rule: state what is established, say what you are doing, and never speculate.Deliverable: lines to take, rehearsed and stress-tested.

05

Monitoring and digital intelligence

The sensor array that feeds the other four disciplines. Our systems read the press, the platforms, the forums, the leak sites and the answers the conversational engines give about a name, in more than forty languages, every day of the year. Analysts sift the stream and brief the client on what matters. Anything with evidentiary value is sealed and timestamped on a public register no hand can amend.Deliverable: a weekly intelligence brief, and an evidence file that stands up before a judge.
